Selling Conditions

All prices valid are quoted in Euro and are rounded off to the nearest Euro (or to any other currency chosen). Although we update the other currencies daily please note that these currencies are only indicative and depend on fluctuations on the currency exchange markets. Prices exclude VAT. VAT will only be charged for shipping addresses within the European union if applicable. In case VAT will be charged this is specified at the product description page. Below the price you'll see the quote: "VAT will be charged on sales within the EU". If this doesn't show up we do not charge VAT. If VAT is being charged the VAT % is 19%.

We accept payments via telegraphic bank transfer (in any major currency and we offer a 3% discount), credit cards (American Express, Visa Card and MasterCard), Western Union Money Transfer (payments made in Euro only), personal check and C.O.D. (within the Netherlands via postal service and UPS, worldwide via UPS only). The cost of C.O.D. will be mailed to you after the order has been completed. For orders up to Euro 400 (excl. shipping cost) we also offer PayPal (5% surcharge). Payments via PayPal are accepted in Euros only. If you prefer to use PayPal we'll send you an invoice via PayPal.

Secure payment transactions with credit cards are available. Once you have placed an order with us we will contact you to verify the information and for security reasons we have to ask for a copy of your credit card and your ID.

All payments must be received prior to shipment.

Prices exclude shipping costs. We can ship via UPS or postal service. Prices differ per carrier, size, weight and shipping address. Exact shipping costs are calculated at the order form. Multiple items will be packed in 1 package if possible and will save shipping cost. All items will be shipped incl. insurance which is 0.5% of the total order and will cover the price of the ordered items incl. VAT (if applicable).

All our customers are provided with a first class sales back up and service package, which includes a money back guarantee if the items are cosmetically not as described. If there is a technical problem we'll offer to solve the problem within a reasonable time. Cost of shipping are on our account. If the problem cannot be solved within the specified time a full refund is offered as well.
