Leica M2 Black Paint 949XXX First Batch Rewind Lever
Very nice original not repainted Leica M2 black paint camera from the first original black paint batch of 500 cameras (948601-949100) from 1958. From the first batch there are cameras with a press button film rewind knob and some with a film rewind lever. It is said that from the 500 black paint cameras of first this batch only 150 had a film rewind lever which makes this a very interesting and rare camera.
